It took me about a year to decide if I should file, I spoke with debt consolidators and "get out of debt now companies" none of them seem to be for me my credit was getting worse by the day going those companies make it sound good But! they will still cost and your credit is still terrible they win you lose so I decided to file or at least talk to a lawyer I found Burke Smith Law on-line after meeting with Mr. Smith I knew in my heart I was doing the right thing and I knew I could trust him my instincts were correct it was a stress free process I was shaking Mr. Smiths hand before leaving the court house the last thing I said to him is "Thank you for everything....Will you please always be my attorney?" and he said yes :) I honestly feel safe knowing he's my attorney

John Lentz was amazing he saved me from being scammed out of to much money by another attorney who was trying to over charge me. They made sure they went step.by step explaining everything that was going to happen and what to expect i would recommend them to anybody.

When we first met Burke and Dana we were brand new parents and found ourselves in medical debt from our daughter being in the NICU, myself contracting an infection from the hospital. We really had no choice but to file bankruptcy. After meeting with a few other attorneys we decided on Burke. He made us feel comfortable with the whole process. We filed chapter 13 and for 5 years Burke and Dana were there at any time to answer any question we may have had with patience and understanding. Gave us misleading information to collect a payment at a free consultant. Then claimed work done to retain payment. Very disappointing and heartbreaking for single mom of 4 young children. Felt completely taken advantage of.

During the time I contacted Lelant & Lentz offices, my bank account was in the negative due to a large garnishment ($1200) taken out of my account. I had 2 young kids and was at a total loss at how I could loss $1200 and still make my regular bills. John rushed to get my bankruptcy ready and set up for count so I could get my garnishment back in my account asap. Not only did he manage to get my garnishment back within 14 days but he also was the ONLY lawyer out of 7 in the court room at wasn't told he had forgotten or messed up paperwork! Just the thought of bankruptcy is scary and stressful, and I am so grateful Mr. Lentz was efficient, non judgement and set me up for a brighter future! 2 years later I had a 700 credit score and now I own a home thanks to suggestions Mr. Lentz gave me! I also had John do my Will and that was just as easy of a process! I wouldn't recommend any other lawyer if you need the job done right.
