Great person,can explain all of the facts

I couldn't have had a better experience. They took care of everything, but most important they cared about me and my health. They were prompt, efficient and very friendly. They were always there for me. And the results were better than I could have expected. Thank you Inserra, Kelley and Sewell.

IKS took care of me like family from the first day I met Craig. Things were tough after the accident and being home bound which was part of a lengthy recovery. Craig and team took care of everything for me from keeping the bills out of collection to making sure my healing was going well. They really were focused on me as a person and that I was going to be ok after all this, when you are in the middle of it, its difficult to see the big picture. They took care of me. IKS got my case cared for timely and when it came down to getting it closed, John, Craig and Ryan were all there with me. That meant so much knowing that I had them by my court. IKS and Team is really outstanding caring people that will do right for you.

This was my first experience with a law firm, but I couldn't see how it could have gone any better. Any time I needed Craig or his staff they were there for me any time I called. I was involved in a car accident while traveling to see my son who was stationed at Fort Knox and Craig Kelley worked my case and settled it for several thousand more than I had anticipated or hoped for. There was an adjuster who wasn't the easiest person to work with and Craig went over her head and did what needed to be done to help his client get the reimbursement she deserved. Craig truly believes in making sure his clients are healed before going after any type of reimbursement. He could easily push people through fast and make a profit but he takes his time because his first priority is their health and he knows that can time. I recommend Craig Kelley and John Inserra fully if you have been injured in an accident.

Craig was excellent! I was involved in an auto accident. I was pregnant at the time, causing my case to last over a year. Craig and his staff kept up great communication during that time with doctor appointments, medical bills, and the insurance companies.
