Are visit was to seek help seeing our grandchildren, when appointment was made I requested a simple letter notifying parent of grandchildren over the phone ,we were charged $275.00 ,an we knew more than the councilor in short sit down visit , received 0 help.

They shared compassion and understanding for all that I was going through. Very polite and also direct and to the point. Extremely knowledgeable of the law. When I went in, I was not too sure about anything. I left reassured, and with more confidence. Knowing what to expect. Nothing was sugar coated. It was also a relief to know that they are on your side, and there to listen and to support you as well as working aggressively upon your behalf. They also gave me hope. Excellent law firm! I personally worked w David Pontier who is an excellent attorney. He was very efficient in handling my case, excellent communication through the whole process. He treated me like I was his only client and came through w the outcome I wanted. Katy, their client service manager was an amazing person to work w, w the financial aspect. She always treated me kindly and w respect. Hands down would recommend this law firm. Thanks for all you did!
