Awhile back I was in the backseat of a car accident while traveling on the interstate near Kansas City. To say the least it was a horrific event and left me with a staggering amount of debt that was overwhelming, especially since I was in college at the time. Out of all the businesses I have ever worked with I could not have asked for a more professional and dedicated team. From the moment I walked through those doors to the final steps of the lawsuit I felt nothing but peace and reassurance. To say the least I would not have been able to make it through without Sean, Nate, and the rest of their staff. I will be ever thankful that I stumbled across them. Sean, Nate and Mr. Rensch have been awesome to work with on my settlement. They always made me feel like I was the only client that they had even though they were very busy. A few years ago, I received severe injuries resulting from being rear-ended at 55 mph by an uninsured motorist while working. I underwent several major surgeries over the course of a year, and was unable to work during that time. They were extremely professional and sincere about wanting to help me navigate my claim, also they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, never once pressured me to make a decision, and never let me make a decision without having all the information relevant to my individual case.

These are the worst lawyers ive ever met.my wife and i hired them for a probate matter and they made a lot of promises. Not 1 of those promises did the ever come through with. The case was closed and they didnt even know about it. We would have gotten the same result had we not hired them at all. Except for the fact that we are out a lot of money. All for nothing. What a waste of time and hard earned money. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor and find someone who knows what they are doing .Not these clowns.

I thank my lucky stars that they led me to the Rensch and Rensch law firm several months ago. Sean Rensch expertly directed the appeal process against a well-known insurance company regarding my father-in-law’s denied assisted living claim. Sean provided great communication and follow-up, keeping my husband and I fully informed throughout every step of the process. At our first meeting, Sean explained what to expect from the insurer and what would be required of the assisted living facility, as well as the family to provide to progress through the appeal process. Sean worked well with the necessary witnesses, including my father-in-law’s doctor and the director of nursing at the assisted living facility. The insurer has repealed the denial and paid in full, including retroactively. If I ever have to fight with my own insurance company or require legal services of another nature, I will not hesitate to call Rensch and Rensch. I trust them implicitly – they’re not only “good people”, but have the education and knowledge to back it up.

Car accidents are never a positive experience. However, Sean, Richard, and their team were phenomenal in working with me and my case.
