The Kellehers' have an outstanding legal practice. His staff are professional, knowledgeable and kind. Divorce raises lots of questions and they were always there to a provide answers and insights in my stressful divorce. John is very amicable and as a family man he understands the hardships associated with these processes. John works very hard for his clients and I was thoroughly impressed with the representation and council he provides. There is no question that John truly cares about his clients and he goes above and beyond to provide the help we need. I would recommend his services 10/10.

MUST READ THIS!!!!! my case started 8 years ago, (before coming to Kelleher and Kelleher) I had been thru 26 hearings and 3 trials with an obsessed co-parent would not stop harassing me thru the family court system. My experience is very satisfactory the entire staff is courteous, communicative and precise. Nathan and John took over my case 2 months before trial day, I was a little insecure as I was changing firms and wasn't sure if such a short notice was going to work out in my favor. Total scammer! Mr. Kelleher Likes to take on narcissistic clients who are easy to manipulate into allowing him to fabricate high conflict cases so he can charge incredible amounts of money from them. He walks into Family court with a big mouth full of lies! He has mastered the art of perjury and has even been admonished by the Supreme Court for making huge donations to Judges for favorable outcomes, while assisted by his wife Christine who has a high position with CPS! CONFLICT OF INTEREST!! No wonder CPS chooses not to testify on behalf of his client's opponent!

I have watched the improprieties and unethical maneuvers to create false stories and make it be real. Slander harassment none stop lies. Demanding his client not coparnet so he can control the money long the pockets of the firm. This guy is simply someone who enjoys eying children families and emptying bank accounts. He follows no rules no ethics just a loose cannon He has been running this fornao many years he thinks he runs the town. Well. I am thinking these days are quickly coming to an end. Don't trust this guy and if your in the receiving end watch that he gets court orders signed by judges without actually using the minutes or videos he adds stuff in to allow his client to steal. Fraud upon the court. Watch out. Do research look at improprieties acknowledged by the Supreme Court ( paying off judges)

John Kelleher is very good at what he does. He is an outstanding attorney. Make no mistake they are your attorney's, not your friends.. You will get a pricing and billing sheet right up front and totally transparent. You make a phone call, you are billed. You send an email for response, you are billed. They send a fax, you are billed. They send a letter, your are billed. When a junior attorney sent out an un-approved offer to opposing counsel, your are billed. John is outstanding in what he does, he work hard for you. You need to realize, John and his staff's time is valuable and you will be billed for every minute. John is very reliable and will prepare you for every aspect of your case.
