I had gotten to a point in life where I was feeling like I would never need the help of attorneys. Back in 2021, things changed and put me in a position where they became necessary. Then, less than a year later while in the midst of my other case still on-going, I needed attorneys yet again for a slightly different and yet mildly similar situation. Given how well this firm had been handling my case (and my worries, anxieties and curious inquests) there was no hesitation in reaching out to them. I have had the pleasure of having Ida Ybarra as my attorney throughout my ordeals. I have been equally pleased with Goharik DeGregorio as the paralegal taking the lead in the dealings of my second case. Lisa, the legal assistant, has been wonderful throughout. The entire team, at the Henderson office, the Downtown location, and the central line have all been prompt and responsive. Even if I require attorneys in the future for something that this firm may not specialize in, I will reach to them first because I have no reason to believe they would point me wrong. Additionally, after reviewing some of the other places in the valley, I can safely say that the fees are more than fair (and in many cases better than a lot of competition) so you would be doing yourself a disservice in not considering Benson & Bingham (especially since Ida and Goharik are reason enough based on my experience).

Benson & Bingham are the BEST!!! I called them right away after my car was hit, and they immediately sat down with me and were great from the very start. They remained communicative throughout the entire process. Goharik is just wonderful. And Dana helped me understand each step beforehand. Thank you for helping me through such a difficult ordeal. These are the guys you want to call for sure!!!

I found Benson and Bingham from their reviews when I was searching for a lawyer and all the reviews seemed amazing. They are right! Cassidy and Dane Watson assisted me through my case. They were always happy to answer any questions I had, give any reassurance I needed, and were just all around amazing. I would recommend them. They are very efficient and great at what they do.

I highly recommend this place! Benson & Bingham came through for me during my time of need. Some would think a slip and fall accident is minor and nothing to work on with urgency. But my accident was detrimental to me both physically and emotionally. Both Heather and Diana were excellent in providing me with the information I needed about the process, following up with me, and checking on my well being. The customer service and results here was fantastic. They did what they had to in order to ensure I received the care and compensation that I deserved.

They fought hard to get the results that I received. My collision has been a harrowing experience,but the fim proved to be passionate about not settling for less. I would like to also give a special thank you to Go for her being there from the beginning of this ordeal until the end. We appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts.

Benson & Bingham were proactive from the start. We hadn't been through anything like this before and our lawyer and case manager made a scary situation much easier. they made sure we got the care we needed. they kept track of our doctor appointments and chiropractic care. they explained what was happening and made sure we knew what our options were. Nice to have people that care and understand in a rough time.
