When I got into a car accident the people at Benson & Bingham were very professional and were willing to answer any questions and concerns that I had with my accident. The Summerlin office staff were very friendly especially my case manager Cassidy Kay. They kept me up to date with what was happening within the case. I do recommend using their law firm

I was in an auto accident with quite a bit of medical needed. The staff at Benson and Bingham are great. Bernadette has been with me through it all. No matter what I need she is always available to answer my questions, weather it is via text (most of the time) or with a phone call. She never stops working for me. She makes me feel like I’m her only client. Thanks Bernadette!

Sadly I’ve been in multiple accidents but Benson & Bingham have been a wonderful help when it comes to having a group of people actually care for your well-being and not for what they can get out of you, I couldn’t ask for a better team than them. In all cases Cassidy Kay has been my case manager and saying that it’s been a pleasure working with her wouldn’t do her justice, she’s gone above and beyond when it comes to my treatment and property damage, she’s just great! And Dana, my attorney, has always been there too, no matter what questions I asked she always had an answer, and if she couldn’t answer it on the spot she would always get back to me, really grateful for having them assist me in these circumstances. I wouldn’t look elsewhere, they’ve never done anything shady to me or left me out of the loop, they’ve always kept me up to date, even when all hope was lost at one point, they were able to get me treatment! I cannot recommend them enough thank you! I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

I can’t say enough about the lovely ladies working with me! Michelle keeps me up to date as things progress & is great about returning calls, texts, emails etc. i worked with them back in 2017, everyone kept telling me it was going to be a nightmar, I wouldn’t get much.
