Had a difficult case to win, not because of the facts of the case but because of the at fault driver and his insurance company. It took them 2 years to get the case won... not settled and to get payment. They never gave up and were kind, empathetic, professional and courteous. They returned phone calls and mailed updates on the case anytime something new happened. God forbid I ever need an attorney again I'll go to them.

Sulym was very helpful, she stayed in communication, promptly answered all my emails, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The process was very smooth. I also did not feel rushed and was able to take the time I needed for recovery.

I had a workers comp. case that another attorney said he couldn't help me.Ed Bernstein took the case and netted me a fair setttment.The entire staff kept me updated and really took care of me.If I ever need an attorney in the future,I will turn to Ed,enough said.

Absolutely pathetic and the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a professional attorney. He never earned my confidence in his abilities to help me intially.
The final outcome and settlement totally reflected how disappointing an outcome can be when a negative attitude and a genuine lack of concerned for your client don't co-exist in the first place.
I fully regret the decision I made and how I ignored the advice from others, when they inquired 'who my Representative was.'
Very disappointed in the Ed Bernstein Team.

Our MVA case was handled very well. Mr. Bernstein's legal assistant came to our home to complete paperwork & we were referred to the proper medical professionals for post accident care. We received great care and made good recoveries.
We were kept informed of our case's progress regularly. Legal issues take awhile to resolve; ours took 10 months but the outcome was positive.
Our case has been resolved to our satisfaction & the cash settlement was fair. The legal staff was great to work with.
We would definitely use Ed Bernstein again.
