My industrial injury case was denied by the insurer, I was hurt and needed help. After reviewing my options I decided to go to the offices of Ed Bernstein, they took my case without previous appointment or making me wait (this is something that I really appreciate). I didn’t realize how much legal exchange is done in a workman's comp case however they were on top of all the paperwork very diligently, point me in the right direction in regards to determination letters, appeals, hearings, doctors and finally surgery. I want to express my gratitude to all involved in my recuperation; Dr. Vater, Alika Angerman, Travis “Bart” Brown and the whole team @ Ed Bernstein. My advice? If you are injured at work and you claim is denied get a lawyer, these cases are really complicated and experience is a must for positive results. Insurance companies will fight you on every step of the way, if they can get away with no paying something… they will.

Overall good experience. The only change I would have liked is more consistent communication, however I was informed when there was an update. Everyone we worked with were very pleasant and answered all our questions Thank you

I absolutely loved my experience with them. I started out with a different lawrys office and after a month I switched to Bertsteins and right away they got started on a check for my truck that was totaled. They did more for me and my mother in a week then my first lawrys office did in a month. They also kept in contacted with us frequently instead of us having to call them to find out the status of everthing. I'm satisfied with the amount of money I received and I highly recommend going to them.
