I received nothing but the best service and advice from Bart here at Ed Bernstein & Associates. Every single phone call I made was returned in a timely fashion, which I really valued. Also, everyone I spoke to was always professional, high-spirited, and pleasant. Lastly, I would like to mention that I got a lot more than I expected in my worker's compensation settlement. From the day I first walked in, they were always straightforward and didn't try to sell me a dream of some huge settlement. I genuinely believe that they care about their clients, and earn and deserve every penny that they make.

Edward M Bernstein & Associates were extremely helpful. The most difficult part was the first 2 days after my accident/incident, just dealing with the associated injuries sustained: broken right arm, dislocated left shoulder, cracked left shoulder blade and numerous abrasions on legs. I was treated like a VIP by everyone that I met at the legal office: especially Mr. Chris Miller. I always felt that this was the best legal team that I could have. All office personnel were extremely professional.

i would highly recommend this law firm. Bart was very helpful and very knowledgeable. If i had a question or a concern he was always willing to go out of his way to find the answer for me. I would definitely use them again if needed and would definitely refer them.

THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING 4 STARS IS BECAUSE OF CECILE, THE NOTARY, DAVID & THE NEW RECEPTIONIST!!!! I am a repeat client from 7 years ago, both times I have been the claimant. In previous years I felt like I was a priority. I did not feel like I was being handled. This year I worked with an attorney who was just very busy and preoccupied but he tried to provide customer service. However, his legal assistance or counterpart is short, abrasive, ignores calls & messages. When you do finally speak with her she can speak to you as if you should already know the answer to your questions. She made me feel like "what do you want? The switchboard operator would hang up on me; and answerve the phone"what is your problem?" When I called back (I believe they have called id); she would pick up and hang right back up on me! Or answer with no greeting & immediately put me on hold. When I said I wanted to leave a message for Mr. Bernstein or her supervisor she would ssy thete was no way to reach them & abruptly hang up. When I finally mentioned the horrible instances of customer service from the switchboard via email to my attorney & his cohort. They kinda chuckled and said they knew and to just call their direct numbers so I didn't have to deal with her. I considered leaving the office and handling my case on my own because I was so disheartened by the callous disconcern & I knew Attorney Ed Bernstein wouldn't approve! One day, I got a call from Cecile. She was a breath of fresh air. She listened to my concerns. She was frank and honest with me. She made me feel valued as a customer. Her tone, everything made me feel she was on my side! Then I met David and he was just outgoing and approachable. If they were not there I honestly don't know where I'd be in my case. The new congressional laws left me with permanent injuries and pennies to compensate....but thanks for treating me like a human being!

My wife got hit by a drunk driver the guy had ins Bernstein could only get 6800 for my wife we had to call his office for updates on her case. No updates. From office unless we called my wife was on her scooter when she got hit it took there young lawers 6 months to get 7000. Oh they took there 32 percent lousy people who didnt care about there client shame on u berinstein
