I went in for guidance and advice. For $100 I got a phone number and a bunch of "I don't know" and I don't care here's another number for you to waste more money and time on. I would not recommend this lawyer.

Mr. Dennis Leavitt is the attorney you are looking for if you have a complicated or contentious divorce/child custody case. He is considerate and takes the time to really understand what is important to you. He is attentive and consistently communicates in a timely manner. Attorney Leavitt was reassuring during a very stressful time in my life. I really appreciate his expertise in NV law and attention to detail. Called in regarding a case and Dennis Leavitt went above and beyond answering questions even though he already knew I had an attorney. I would highly recommend not just based upon his knowledge but his ability to relate, but in a non legal jargon way is very reassuring.

For my very first consultation both Dennis and Frank Leavitt for professional courteous and realistic in advising me as to how to move forward with my divorce. They not only presented me with best and worst case scenario's but offered avenues to explore for negotiating and cost saving measures. Responses to my inquiries were propped sis synced and guided me in the process. I would recommend them to any one looking for representation.

Though I'm still in the middle of the case, my experience has been nothing but awesome. Before I even gave Dennis his retainer, he was already looking up my case and guiding me to do what was necessary to come up with the best outcomes possible. It is refreshing to be left with the feeling that your attorney has your best interests at heart and 'has your back'.

I've hired Dennis Leavitt for multiple cases now. Both were different areas of the law (civil suit & child custody), but Dennis handled both above my expectations. I came in to Leavitt Law Firm for a free consultation. When I explained my situation to Dennis, it turned out that I didn’t even need an attorney. He told me what I needed to do and not to hire an attorney, because it was unnecessary. Dennis’s honesty left a good impression on me. I will certainly go to him if I do need an attorney one day.

If you want to see an attorney with experience, go to Dennis. I consulted with 8 other attorneys before hiring Dennis. He is by far the best one that I talked to. The other ones just have larger marketing budgets. Dennis is a genuine man who wants more than to just cash your check.

Leavitt Law firm handled my divorce. It was a contested divorce, but Dennis Leavitt helped me get a fair deal. I felt as if he really cared and worked hard to get me a positive outcome, which isn’t always the case with attorneys. I recommend him to anybody that needs a family law attorney.
