Frank Leavitt represented me during a review of my child support payment. We faced a hostile Hearing Master who wanted to increase my payment by $650. Because of his tenacity and knowledge of the law, Mr. Leavitt prevented the increase. Throughout, the process Mr Leavitt was honest and treated me with respect. Together we would discuss our options. He would listen to my point of view during the decision making process. It was a positive experience during a stressful time. I trust and will be continuing or professional relationship in the near future.

Dennis M. Leavitt is everything you’d expect a horrible lawyer to be. He charges $475 an hour for doing absolutely nothing but waste his clients time. This man should be retired and excluded from all future business in the courtroom. He was unaware of all updates to the case (updated by the court) that were extremely pertinent yet somehow I managed to know before him with no previous courtroom experience. Stay away from this senile man.

I'm writing this review to let people know what an amazing firm Leavitt Law Group is. Frank Leavitt has been my divorce attorney for a year now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. He and his staff (Leah and Loammi) have not only been very professional, they have also made me feel like family. Every time I spoke to them or went to the office, they have been so sweet, professional, and kind. One year ago, I went to see Frank Leavitt because I was not satisfied with the attorney I had hired. The moment I met with him, he made me feel so welcome and he was straightforward with me about what he could do for my case. I knew after speaking to him for 10 minutes that it would be the right decision to hire him as my attorney and I’m very happy I did. My divorce was quite difficult and I needed an attorney who could not only work hard for me, but also be thoughtful and sensitive to what I was going through. Throughout the entire process, which was not an easy one, Frank reassured me that everything was going to be okay. There were bumps in the road, but that never stopped him from doing his job. I had never been to court before and it was very stressful to me. He always made me feel calm, and each time we went to court, I was so proud of him. He is a very gentle and kind person, but in the court room he is firm and strong. I was always impressed by him. The divorce trial lasted 2 days, which was very draining, yet it did not affect Frank at all. His closing argument took 15 minutes and was so strong and to the point. I was so happy with the results when we finally received the court’s judgment. I was very happy because he was able to get nearly everything I wanted. A month later, the decree was signed and I was finally divorced. I am now going through another bump in the road with my ex-husband making us appear in court again. But just as in the divorce, Frank was so well prepared that the judge denied my ex-husband’s modification request. Once more, I walked out of court with a smile on my face and I was proud of my attorney. I cannot speak highly enough about how great of an attorney he is. I can go on and on because there are so many good things to say about the firm. But, I’ll only add that if you’re looking for a family court attorney, make an appointment to see them and you won’t be disappointed. They are experienced, professional, honest, and caring attorneys who will make your process go so much smoother than you could imagine. Leavitt Law Firm is highly respected in Las Vegas and I feel that if I hadn't hired them, my experience and the turnout of my divorce would not have been the same. I very highly recommend them. Frank Leavitt was my attorney in a complex, multi-state jurisdictional child custody case. Frank's pit bull drive and knowledge prepared us for a great case and a lot of hope. He was very tenacious in his due diligence and showed a great finesse with the law. Frank had a well prepared case, was very ethical and moral in his preparation, and very compassionate with our situation. Ultimately, we were seen by a checked out judge that didn't want to take ownership of our case, to the point where he attempted to use statutes from a completely different set of laws, to get out of it. Frank was able to catch this unethical attempt to kick our case out, but the judge punted and refused to make a decision based on the merits. Frank was visibly pained by how we were treated - I have never seen an attorney that hurt with his clients like Frank did. If you want an attorney with integrity, compassion, and grit, Frank is your guy. If you want an attorney that can't remember your name, is willing to lie and be smirch someone else's character, contact me and I will give my ex's attorney.

No thought and don't look any more as this is the lawyer you are looking for!!! I was having trouble to obtain my divorce decree which filed 8 yrs ago and my previous lawyer is no where to find and I am working oversea and need that decree very badly. As no choice i look online and Leavitt Law Firm stands out so i send a brief request message to ask for help. In just few hours.... I received reply from Mr. Frank and the email has an attachment of my divorce decree which the one i have been looking for more than 6 months!!! ...... and there is no charge at all. This almost too good to be true as I replied back to Frank to insist to paid for his amazing quick response but he refused as he said "this is no big deal, not a problem. I do not wish to receive any compensation"!!! I gave 5 stars not because i got freebie. Its because I found a trustworthy lawyer who is professional, kind, reliable and with excellent analytical skills. Here I gave 5 starts in Google review and another 5 starts from my heart.... Without those two gentlemen, I could never survived last couple years of my very odd case and it is still on-going.
