I can say without a doubt he is the best attorney. Chip handled my DUI case with the utmost care. In court the way he handled everything was something out of the movies! As A retired law enforcement Agent Recently A family member was at a function that involved music dancing and Some alcohol. This family member has a very lengthy medical history. Jay "Chip" was a phenomenal lawyer from start to end. The two most important things I want in a lawyer are reassurance and realism. And that was even with a late curveball thrown by the prosecutor in the final week before our trial date.
