Benson & Bingham is a great firm that made me feel comfortable from the start. They always made everything easy to understand and kept me up to date on everything I needed to know. I got the care I needed and they did everything to get me compensated for my injuries and didn't a lower settlement just because it was easy. I would recommend them to everyone.

I was in a car accident last year. It was a pretty serious accident and sent me to the hospital. When I got out my Father recommend them to me as lawyers for my case. Throughout the entire process they have been kind and understanding as I had never gone through and injury settlement before. Cassidy was extremely helpful and kind. Walking me through the entire process while being my anytime link to my lawyer. They were fast prompt and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a lawyer.

We had three total cases that we entrusted Benson & Bingham, and all handled it magnificently. A lot of law firms will allow their associates open majority of cases, but for us they were all taken care of Mr. Benson himself. He is family-minded person that has nothing but good intentions for his clients. He can fully relate to us easily. Another associates that took the spotlight was Cassidy. She is extremely attentive and friendly. She knew what we needed and how to handle it like a professional. For all that has recently been in an accident, I cannot tell you enough how AMAZING this law firm is. You will be cheating yourself, if you go to another law firm without first giving them a chance.

I am so Thankful to Benson and Bingham Attorney. I was so stressed out after the accident and woke the next morning in severe PAIN, because I was more concerned about the occupants in the accident more than myself. And because I had used them before, when I woke up, I called and left a message for Cassidy. She was as compassionate this time for me as she was before when she took care of my family member. I left a message at 5 am, and by 7:00 am I was getting the HELP I needed to get to a Doctor and everything.
