It’s hard enough coming to terms with a traumatic car accident without worrying about representation. –Did I hire the right person, will they be there when I need them, will they fight for me… things I never had to think twice about with my attorney Dana Oswalt and case manager Michelle Rodriguez, of Benson and Bingham Law Firm. They both consistently made themselves available to not only me whenever I needed information, or even just reassurance and support thru this difficult time in my life, but to my doctors as well. Even with their extremely hectic schedules both Dana and Michelle were timely, responsive and compassionate thru the entire process. If I could give this firm more than 5 stars I would. This was my first experience in a liability suit and I had no idea what to expect. From my first meeting with Dana (my attorney) I was made to feel comfortable. She explained the entire procedure to me from beginning to end. The staff there is friendly and professional and they really care about their clientele. My caseworker Phillip was awesome if I had any questions he answered them in a timely manner, communication was the best. I've already told my family and friends if you ever need a lawyer they are the go to people.

I have never really been in an accident to where I needed a lawyer Benson and bingham was recommended to me .the first time I walked into the office I was treated with concern and felt AT ease.
