Benson & Bingham take great care of you! they are very thorough and detailed. Cassidy is great! She keeps you in the loop and makes sure you are doing the best things for your recovery.. I'm so happy I chose B&B! They know what customer service is and how to really take care of their clients.

Had my first ever experience with major accident and Law firm. At first i was hesitating about getting a lawyer, but , after i had a chance to meet the staff at Benson & Bingham, my opinion has changed. Starting from my car (which end up being total loss) to all the medical expanses I've never made a single phone call myself. I received few (2 from my insurance notifying me that my attorney has started a claim, and letting me know that the check is in the mail). Couple from medical specialists notifying me that i have an appointment is set & doctor will be waiting for me. Thanks to Benson & Bingham my entire experience with this accident went as smooth as anyone can ever imagine. Thank you Benson & Bingham and Michelle for taking so good care of me. I was involved in a car accident last year, I wasn't sure who I wanted to have as my attorney, I browsed online saw benson and Bingham, read the reviews and figured "why not?". They Exceeded my expectations and needs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Lina Sadovnikaite was my Attorney she was very professional and helpful. Ashley Page was the case manager, She is the one that I mainly communicated with. Ashley was awesome during this while experience! They made this experience as easy and painless as possible. Any questions you had, they had the answer, any thing you needed? They accommodated. Closing my settlement I received a larger settlement amount than I could have expected! I couldn't be more pleased! Benson & Bingham are the way to go!

10/12/2016 I would like to start by saying THANK YOU to Benson & Bingham for having an amazing, caring staff...B&B took my case six months after my accident, after being treated so poorly by the lawyer I originally hired & fired..I made a call to Benson & Bingham and spoke with Michelle Rodriguez, the next day I met with her and Adam Stone..with tears in my eyes I explained my situation praying they would take my case, I was overjoyed when Adam said they would help me... they were so caring and assured me they would help me get the treatment that I needed..that was on a Friday, by the following week I had seen all the proper Doctors had a diagnosis and started treatment...Michelle was with me every step of the way while Adam worked on getting me some compensation. Being a Massage Therapist with major damage to my right arm was scary..I thought my career was over so there was alot of emotion as you can imagine...but all I had to do was call Michelle and she would talk me through it.. With Adam working hard to get me the best settlement possible and Michelle dealing with me, my emotions, and sending me to all the best doctors my case has been settled, my career isn't over and I got more compensation than I ever imagined. So if you want attorneys with staff that actually care about YOU and not just about the money they are going to make off your case then Benson & Bingham is the call you should make. This is a very good Law Office to have represent you in the unfortunate event of a accident. I was very pleased with there customer service skills fromg the first time I reached out to them. Very professional staff & not to mention the cute office which was very easy to find. I received alot support, advocacy & reliable resources in a timely manner. We got the service the most people expect but do not get when hiring an attorney. They were very friendly and kept us informed of every detail without being asked. After my serious head-on collision, I was overwhelmed with phone calls asking me to settle. I had some serious injuries that concerned me. Missing work due to surgeries/rehabilitation/Dr's appts, all while the bills are piling up. I cant drive, and my truck was totaled in the accident anyways. Its all very stressful. Adam, and Joe to the rescue. The phone calls immediately stopped, and I was able to focus on getting myself healthy again. Its a long, daunting process, and I feel grateful by having these guys on my side. Taking care of all the little stuff I didn't even think about, much less the big stuff I wasn't capable of really understanding legally.
