Unless you work in personal injury or the insurance industry, you will need sound legal advice to navigate these tricky waters. My accident resulted in injury, pain, and property damage. But the most significant factor, to me, was the loss of time and plain inconvenience. It changed by life for several months. All of that has a value. Benson and Bingham took the concern of the mundane but important details out of the equation for us, and did it with class. No sneeze factor. I was proud of the representation provided to me.
