I have been a client of Benson & Bingham since 2012, and they have represented me in two different motor vehicle accident lawsuits. Dealing with the stress and pain for the past several years have been difficult to say the least, but Attorney Ben Bingham and his staff, especially Amy and Goharik, have made the situation easier. It has been a long process but they have always been available to answer any questions and have given me sound advice throughout the process. I am happy with the outcome of the cases and while I hope I won't need to use Ben's services again, it's good to know there is an attorney in Las Vegas I can trust.

I got into an accident in January 2015. The process to get everything sorted got hairy at some points but Michelle, Dana, and Amy were able to get me through everything and even helped to make the litigation process shorter! I'm very pleased with them because they are very patient and kept me up to date on everything as well. They explained everything to me perfectly and I don't have any complaints. They were wonderful!

Benson & Bingham settled our case in a timely manner despite the other guys passing the case around for what seemed like an eternity. All communication from the offices was handled in a quick and professional manner. Michelle was especially great at updating us as changes came through that needed our attention. I was driving my 2005 toyota sequioa when my 1 year old daughter & my friend were rear ended by a driver going 50 mph on interstate 15 Northbound in December 2014. I was referred by a family friend Eva Villezcas who works for Benson and Bingham. My auto accident case was handled exceptionally well by attorney Ms Dana Oswalt & her assistant Lilliana Acero. I was well informed during the entire process. I went through chiropractic treatment, pain management treatment and they advised me of pros and conns of getting neck and back injections done but most importantly they always followed up with me after my appts and made sure i was okay and my healing and feeling better was their main concern. My daughter was also able to get a settlement handled in a trust that she will inherit her 18th birthday. The staff handled my case very professionally and tried their best to negotiate getting the maximum possible compensation for me. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
