I came to Benson & Bingham after being rear ended. My car was in terrible conditions and I was having neck and back pains. I wasn't exactly sure how to proceed with my case and they took care of everything. They always answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Benson & Bingham to any friends and family.

I had a knee injury in Vegas . I had to get an attorney from Vegas I googled injury attorney . The first one that came up was benson & Bingham so I called they made me feel like I had a good case they were professional. Gave them all my all info & they in a a timely manner they won me a very good amount of money$$! I was in an automobile accident last year and as it was my first time being rear ended, my car was in bad shape, and I felt the typical neck and back pains. I was unsure if I was indeed a victim or if this was just a normal part of recovery. I was unsure whether i had a case or was chasing something futile. Nonetheless, I called B&B and was immediately transferred to Dana, who was professional and courteous. I was satisfied after speaking with her and went in that afternoon to sign the paper work. Adam who was also a part of the team, was just as professional as Dana and the others were. I was given timelines and I was told when to expect what. I was reassured about the truthfulness of the end result and was definitely not misled in anyway. When therapy was not needed anymore, I was told to stop it and wait patiently. Every time I called or e-mailed, the response was prompt - usually the same day or at the most within 24 hours! The end result is a more than fair settlement (which was more than i expected), and a very happy client in me. I would refer B&B any day of the week! THANKS B&B!

I was in a pretty bad accident and I was referred to Benson & Bingham by a co-worker. My accident was January 29th which was a Thursday and I met with an attorney on Monday February 1st. They were so polite and welcoming. This is the only attorney I will use from now on if needed (hopefully not for a car accident though) as they as just awesome. When I went for my initial appointment to explain my accident and what happened they just listened and you can tell they truly care and understand the pain and suffering you are experiencing. They explain everything in great detail so that you understand everything completely. They even had me in to see the Chiropractor the same day as my initial meeting with them, so I was able to start treatment right away. I would recommend Benson & Bingham to anyone and everyone looking for great attorneys who really do care. They stayed in contact with me through email and phone and updated me on EVERYTHING. I spoke with my rep there once or twice a week for almost a year. If you want attorneys that care and fight for you to the very end use Benson & Bingham, you will not be disappointed.
