I secured the services of Attorney Tomsheck to represented my daughter in a Felony DUI. The charges brought mandatory prison time but from Mr. Tomscheck's efforts and ability to articulate why my daughter should not get the suggested time of the DA was she able to receive a reduced sentence. At the time he was representing my daughter he did have several high profile cases, but we never felt like he did not have time for us and all of our questions. Josh has offered to help with continuing circumstances that might come arise in the future. It is said that good organizations get that way due to those at the top and this is indicative of his administrative staff, "Best Seen To Date"! I send an email and hardly before I send it it is coming back with an answer or that they have the questions and will get the answer. They bend over backwards to assist you and make you feel like you are important and not just another number as some Firms do. The title of this review is not an over-statement. Josh, Adrienne and the rest of his staff saved my step-father's life. He suffers from dementia and found himself facing a lengthy prison term due to a shift in his behaviors resulting from his medical condition. He would not have survived. Josh stepped in and in his calm, effective and highly professional way worked within the system to come up w/ a solution that satisfied the judge's concerns, protecting the citizens of NV but also my step-father. Josh and staff worked a miracle and I'm thankful each day that we found them when we did. His office communicated with me through each step of the process and his fees were very, very reasonable.
