We hired Joshua Tomsheck to defend my son, a minor, against assault and battery charges. Joshua Tomsheck came highly recommended by someone from the District Attorney’s office. His reputation precedes him and rightfully so. We sought Joshua’s advice after charges were brought up against my son. I should have hired Joshua before the police questioned my son. He arranged for his release from the juvenile detention center within 24 hours of arrest. Joshua took the time to walk us through each step of the process. More importantly, Joshua kept us abreast on his progress and prepared us for possible results which alleviated the extreme anxiety associated with the welfare of our child. My son’s future was at stake and Joshua delivered. Joshua met with the District Attorney to discuss the evidence which resulted in his case dismissal. Our family is fortunate that Joshua Tomsheck represented my son. Joshua works well with teenagers. In fact, my son holds the utmost respect and admiration for Joshua.

Brad and his assistant Dina helped make a very stressful situation easier. When you're going through a divorce it helps to have a lawyer who was able to get things done as quickly as you're asking for it to be done. In the end, Brad got 100% of what we asked for changed.
