I acquired them for my workers comp case as well as the personal injury case my case manager is Bertha my lawyer is John Bertha does what she wants I asked her to settle the case for a certain amount about a month ago and instead of settling she decided to try to get more money the lawyer John was unaware because he had a family emergency so he was out of the office so there was nothing he could do when he came back into the office I asked him what was going on with the settlement he told me that he was trying to get more money I told him i told birtha to settle for the amount that she told me three weeks ago they really didn't do anything to rectify the situation it has now been 4 weeks and I have not received my check I signed the release about 3 weeks ago I right after I signed the release I asked her birtha to get the check expedited which John told me he was going to do anyway which was not true he never got anything expedited like I said it's been about 4 weeks I do not have my check they are completely giving me the runaround and it's sad because I have a worker's comp case with them and now I don't trust him to handle the workers comp case well because of the way that they're treating me with my personal injury case I do not recommend to anybody they do what they want to do they don't work for you they act like you work for them
