I couldn't go to the office because I was still bed bound with a nurse for another 2 months from my near fatal motorcycle accident. I interviewed several attorneys about my accident and John was the only one who could actually look at my Xrays and read them correctly. We had a long trying battle with the insurance companies, but John and his team did everything necessary for a successful outcome. He also got me specialized care that my medical ins. co. wouldn't cover. He and his team made me feel like they really cared about my well being and that I wasn't just a paycheck. In the end we finally got the insurance company to settle for an amount that will provide for my lasting injuries for the rest of my life. I was involved in a terrible side collision in my 2003 Chevy Crew Cab in March 2011 resulting in a total loss. After the accident I did not think I was in too much pain until the following day so I decided to check out Shook and Stone who was referred from a good friend of mine. When I got into a car accident, one of my concerns was that I am way too busy to sit down and meet a lawyer and go through the hassle of filling out all this paperwork and the thought of having to go to the lawyers office was something that I was not looking forward to especially since I am a busy person as it is. Shook and Stone represented me in a case aginst a gym, where i had a machine break, causing me tremendous pain.and suffering not to mention a surgery that cost several thousand dollars.
