Excellent. Service

I was on my motorcycle and was hit by a car on a Friday night. Monday morning I met Mr. Stone. He arranged for me to see a really good orthopedic surgeon the same day. He always put my health and care first, and that means a lot to me! The other driver lied about the accident, and I ended up with a ticket and blame for the accident. Mr . Stone fought for me. He had the ticket and blame overturned, and I was surprised at the large settlement he obtained!

I felt my case was handled very professionally and everyone was courteous when I had questions about my case.

They screwed me at my Adjudicated Law Judge hearing. I filed for an Appeals Council Review and the ODAR vacated the previous decision. Andrew Guzik and the staff at Shook & Stone failed to get important medical evidence into the record and failed to perform any kind of due diligence. And their willingness to communicate with their clients is nonexistent.

I was on my motorcycle when a car came into my lane and hit me on Tropicana. As I was laying in the middle of Trop with a broken leg and other injuries, the cop leans down and hands me a ticket. The people that hit me said that I swerved into their lane. Luckily, I had a camera on my helmet and video. Leonard Stone really came thru for me. He and his staff made sure that I got the medical care I needed which is HUGE in my book! I never dealt with an attorney before and my thought was that they would be talking all about money. The talk was all about getting me so I could walk again and getting me healthy! That was amazing and I really appreciate them for that. In the end, I could walk again, Mr. Stone proved I was not at fault, they made the ticket go away, and there was a sizeable settlement that surprised me and made me real glad I had contacted Shook and Stone! Extremely rude paralegal

Just went in for a consultation to have a case looked at. I was treated very rudely and actually was shocked at how unprofessional this place is. Will be avoiding Shook & Stone and advising anyone I know looking for legal help to avoid them also.
