Hello too Suzy and Esquire Shook, often it is the meat behind the potatoes that make the whole meal great and what a delight it was in spite of the traumatic experience of my accident I am now on my way back from working with you both. The attentiveness of Suzy and the no bs nature of the whole process through Shook & Stone was just great. I don't know about you but I am prone to respond to small stuff even and be on it, in other words I can be very assertive and pro active and the team, especially Suzy, they all worked professionally, they did not get in there feelings as I rightfully after having experienced the accident was. Anxiety is real and I was simply concerned about working with an attorney who would be focused more on them opposed to me as their client. From the reception through the entirety of this matter being taking care of; Attorney John Shook, (ESQUIRE) IS DA MAN! These ladies and guys did what they say they do, Shook and Stone, Suzy Esquire Shook Da Man took care of me and then the case! He was perfectly no disrespect no bs. Just what the legal doctor ordered! Woosh!! My Hat is off to you all, I mentioned Suzy, loosing a loved one twice is detrimental at times. I hate Dementia, my mother who I tithe into is healthy and living on her own with live in help except this horrid disease my family is there and while I'll always have pains and aches in some capacity perhaps after the accident I believe vicariously at minimum my sister's my Madre especially and I are really going to have the best Christmas in spite of the accident because of this tithe into her!! Well this review is super really easy for me and my family. If I never made the phone call to Shook and Stone I would have never met Jackie Gonzales. They are the most caring and loving firm that I know. Someone said well you should give them a try I was hesitant, I thought I could do it by myself but I truly needed her "Jackie Gonzales" I wasn't just another case. I'm glad they have someone like her to represent me... honest, loyal, dedicated, trusting and beautiful. Without her and the team of Shook and Stone I would be alone, I just want to say thanks to the team for helping me through my most difficult time of my life. Thanks Phil Solis

Shook and Stone have been great to me, my case settled a few months back and received my money. They paid all my medical bills. After months one of the doctors I had seen sent them a refund and Yudi contacted me immediately to let me know I had funds available for me. Right before xmas!! That only shows how HONEST and CARING Shook and Stone is with their clients. The ABSOLUTE BEST!

They care about there client the handle 3 different situations for me I would recommend them highly. I could mention names but everyone there is very professional and if I have any issues I will contact them again

Hidden fees at the end of my court case. Upfront they tell you that there are no fees and all money will be collected from Social Security. After my court case was over they then tried to hit me up for hidden fees. My case was also dragged out because they tried to double bill Social Security with two attorneys but the judge wasn't having it.

The Shook & Stone team was great!! Very knowledgeable and reachable to answer any questions and find solutions!! Definitely recommend them!!

Exceptional communication!

How they represent disabled people I have not a clue. The receptionist more than one apparently has a issue talking to them or just has a problem with talking to speach difficulty. I have a problem with speach. I have a diabled son who was just neglected and ubered across town and and the director at nevada health lied straight to the cops face and said they put him in a shelter instead of admiting they lost him. It is fine someone in this city i am sure sees us as people. Even if you cant take the case it gives you no right fo r your rude desk jockey not to treat people less like people. And if she cant handle talking to people with health mental health and disabilities why WHY is she there??????
