When my very first claim for WC was first denied I sought help from Alan at S&S. I was told when I get the appeal to call him back. I won my appeal and I walked into the office this morning. Alan was very surprised and told me that they don't think that my case is worth the appeal process. In his words it's not worth fighting for because of my wording on a form that my employer HR told me to write. I had and still have no idea what to do. Thanks for nothing!

It took them weeks to respond to emails and phone calls. When there was a court date. I would receive a letter from the court system about the date and one about the results. Never once did I receive information from them. No calls or email letting me know how my cases was going. Not even a call to see how I was doing. Not once did I feel like cared. When I had my final doctor's visit the representative from the law office thought I was someone else and told the doctor he had another appointment with me. Then one time my lawyer told me I was lying and that he had met my wife and I three times when he never met her once up to that point. I feel it would have been nice if they showed a little that they care. Not just about the money.

I contacted them twice because my wife had been mistreated by hospital staff she even got a large bruise on her chest because a nurse snake Punched her no matter how many times I try and contact these people they refuse to get back in touch with me that's why I gave them the one star
