They never returned my calls. Now almost a year later they replied to my review & finally returned my calls when obviously I don't need their assistance anymore after all this time

Shook and Stone staff was very attentive with two attorneys and one case manager helping me. They got great results!

Very friendly and speedy . Always there when I had questions . Khristine, Marisa, Allen and all of Mr Shook’s team were excellent.

Called & left msgs with them for over a month before I got to speak with someone. Then finally when I did another game of phone tag & turns out they didn't want to take my case, no explanation but I mentioned my husband being injured & they urged me to have him call. Ambulance chasers. After they sent a thank you but no thank you email but that was just rubbing salt in the wound. Call them only if you have great insurance, good job history or a major injury. Apparently being epileptic & having psych problems wasn't going to make them a good enough paycheck to help me get disability. Thanks for nothing.

Very professional. They helped me with an accident claim. I hired someone else years ago, but this firm was much better.
