Went there to pick-up paper work from a settled & closed case from a "Cassie/Cassandra". ..YES she knew I was coming! BUT because they had computer issues she didn't go into the office & didn't care that I did. Said she soooo wanted to meet me & was going to leave the paperwork on her desk n not at the front so she could. That was almost a month ago. 20 Nov Have called to have it mailed. 7 Dec Still waiting Today is 17 December 2018
