When I got into and accident, finding a firm that was located in Reno and Vegas was crucial, since I was in the process of moving. I came across Shook and Stone law firm and decided to contact them. I was definitely not disappointed and glad I did. The transition from the Reno firm to Vegas firm was smooth and easy. John Shook and Kiana were wonderful. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and always explained everything to me. They listened to me and recommended the best options. They made the process as painless as possible. I'd definitely recommend this firm if you're looking for a place that really cares.

Typically when I have to use a lawyer for something I have no idea if it is going to be a pain or not. I have to say Shook & Stone was for the most part very professional and responsive. It took almost 2 years to close the case but I think most of these accident cases tend to take this long and I am okay with that as long as I can get an update when asked for. They always responded to my emails and helped me get the support for my injury very quickly. I did deal with multiple paralegals and I took a star off because I was never introduced to this person when someone took over for the previous one. When it was time to resolve the payments for doctors they do a great job of reducing the bills. I have to say that Shinale was very good at her job and helped me without much work needed on my end. This was outstanding customer service which a lot of places lack. Thanks Shook & Stone for taking care of my case. I would suggest you to my friends and colleagues.

Shook and Stone is an excellent choice for a law firm in personal litigation cases. They represented my 75 year old mother following a horrible motor vehicle accident that left her with a traumatic brain injury. She suffered multiple strokes and as a result became severely incapacitated with vascular dementia. Mr. Shook took the time to visit her in the hospital and was readily available to me as her needs became greater and greater. His wonderful staff (especially Natasha and. Shinale) kept me up-to-date on our case. They were equally concerned about my mom's condition and provided me with emotional support many times. Mr. Shook was able to get full policy limits from all insurance companies without having to go to court. I appreciate all the Shook and Stone law firm has done to support the care of my mother.
