My son got into trouble at school. I was tasked with finding a lawyer. It was very stressful. Being that we are new residents to Las Vegas I referred to Google and found Mr. Brown's law firm after weeding out the rest. I had called the other firms with 5 stars and their Receptionist was quite rude. Besides his experience the other reason I had chosen his firm is because his Office Manager, Carolina is kind and professional she made the payment process easy and promptly communicated as needed. Mr. Brown is a damn good Lawyer! So exceptional that my son and I did not step foot in court. My ex-husband said, "Mr. Brown's mere presence dismissed the case." His character sets him higher from his competitors. He didn't have to but he gave us a full refund. He said, "It wouldn't sit right with him to charge in full for not doing much." I teared up after our phone call because the funds took a toll on both of our finances. If you're reading this now I highly recommend you call Mr. Brown's Law Office you will not be disappointed!

My email for a free consultation was never responded to. After almost 3 weeks, I called the office to follow up and found out they, "can't help" and "Aren't taking new clients." Maybe updating their website would save people's time. Especially since it says there's someone responding 24hrs a day. If you want to try them, call because they don't respond to emails. But in my situation, they are currently not taking new cases.
