Believe the great reviews! Mary put my mind at ease during a terrifying encounter with CPS. As if that wasn’t stressful enough, the waiting period for the outcome took forever! She still followed up with me and kept me in the loop all the time. I also appreciate that she was always very responsive via phone and email, as well as super patient with me anytime my anxiety was through the roof. I highly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with CPS, although, I’m confident she will be excellent assisting you with anything else. Thank you Mary!

When I first contacted Mary Brown, she took the time to listen to my case that I was falsely accused of. Mary stated that She would be able to get this case dismissed and that SHE DID!! She kept in contact and updated me on my next court appearance and reassured to me that I could relax and she’ll do what needs to be done. She gave me a flat fee rate, from start to finish. Mary represented me on a serious charge. I was facing serious jail time. Thanks to her wonderful efforts, I was out on Bail within 48 hours and once released, Mary fought hard for me. She gave me directions about certain things to do to look favorable in the eyes of the court. Directions that I followed to the “T”. And thank God, things paid off in the end. I ended up with no jail time. The Judge in my case even complimented Mary in court about her professional and detailed sentencing memorandum stating that it was one of the best memoranda he has ever read. Stuff like this matters. Mary is indeed, a very capable and a very good lawyer. I have heard and read so many times about the criminal justice system. How imperfect it is? But I only understood these imperfections once I myself, had to face them. I saw and experienced them firsthand. With such imperfect system, I rather have the best representation helping me navigate its flaws. With Mary I did get that. I have never planned to commit these misdeeds, but as humans, we all err. I have told Mary that as a Criminal Law attorney, I pray to never need her services again, but let me say this, I sleep well at night, knowing that I have her phone number in my rolodex. Besides with Mary, not only do you get a great knowledgeable legal mind, but you get two. Indeed, Philip and Mary are husband and wife, and Philip is also a former prosecutor with the Clark County District Attorney's Office. Philip, whom I’ve had the pleasure to meet, has told me that the two of them discuss the best strategies to defend their clients all the time, at the office and at home. What could clients ask for better than to have their attorneys discussing the best way to help them, and solve their cases 24/7?

Attorney Mary Brown just recently completed some legal work for me. There was an urgent part that had a short deadline and a longer-term part. I interviewed several attorneys and chose Mary because she was prompt, a clear communicator and knew what needed to be done. In completing my case she had to work with local law enforcement, court records and judges. It was obvious that she was well-respected by all. She met the short-term date and completed the longer-term part expeditiously. She was pleasant to work with and kept me appraised of the status of the legal work. I recommend her without hesitation.

I do not believe there is a better team of attorney's in Nevada. My case happened about 5 years ago and only now am I getting around to posting a review. Sorry, Mary... But better late than never , correct? To make a long story short. If your children are in the states custody, There is none that I would want in my corner than Mary Brown. She fought for me, like they were her own children. Honestly I was surprised by the knowledge and experience she brought to the table. I was going in circle's with previous council,until I hired her, and believe me it was worth every penny. I had my children back in our home in no time.. While I had to terminate my previous council, she picked up the case and familiarized herself with the details in just a few nights. Our case was a pretty big deal, but Mary insured me that this was her area of expertise. Sure enough, she knew everyone going into court, You could tell people gave her respect.. Believe it or not, that makes a big difference in this town. You could just tell people didn't want to call her out on stuff, cause she knew what she was doing.. She was Honest, Loyal and command Respect. Wherever she went, in any court.She wasn't a fly by nite, just learning things as she went thru them..You could tell, she knew everything there was to know about the specific field we were in court for.
