Needed my records cleared. Arthur was easy to reach, very clear and with me every step of the process. I expected delays due to the pandemic and many companies being understaffed but the process was faster than I imaged. I shopped around before settling with HALO. Right of way my case was assigned to an attorney”ARTHUR”, he sent me the paper work that I needed to fill out and explained to me the ENTIRE process and how long it’ll take. He was very professional, and well spoken. anytime I call their office for a quick question, their either answer it or they’ll have my attorney call me back with an answer right of way.
