Incredible law firm, with the nicest people. I will always de grateful for their professionalism and kindness. My case manger was Alex and he was incredible and always answered my calls and questions!!! I am very grateful for them!!!

This attorney fits the mold. We went to him for help. He sat with us for his usual hour. Mr Cogburn had his paralegal or jr. associate, I couldn't tell pop in when the hour was up. He told my mother he would take her time sensitive case. He made us believe he knew what we were going through, Gave us stories on why he felt he could relate. He took copies of my mothers paperwork and said he would be in touch after a day or so. My mother had 15 days to respond to an offer or take to trial. Mr. Cogburn delayed and ignored her until she had 4 days to respond. Ultimately she could not get another attorney in time and had to settle a case that had been going for 7 years. She was not given what she deserved and was take advantage of. In my opinion, Mr. Cogburn is a terrible person. All he had to do was let my mother know he couldn't or wouldn't help her. This happened roughly a couple months ago. I had to wait until I calmed down to right the review.
