I called one night very late and left a message with a gentleman about my case. The very next day Herb Franklin called me back and helped me get in touch with the right people to advise me about my situation. I appreciate their quick timing and especially Herb because I’ve never done anything like this and he helped me feel at ease and understand better what was going on.
