I originally considered applying for my wife's PRC myself. After reviewing the necessary forms and complexity of the process I decided to use Alexander Vail immigration services. There were some time restraints as well. She received her card in the mail in less than five months! Far faster than the twelve months we expected it to take. I believe that this was a direct result of their efficiency, attention to detail and knowing how the bureaucracy of the government works. One of the best financial decisions I have ever made!

I had to follow up quite a bit with them to obtain initial contact. I was not able to get a clear and concise reason as to why they would not help with the appeal for my sister’s ssdi benefits, or any additional referrals to firms that would be able to help. Her appeal is a pretty clear cut and dry case, the “reasoning” I was provided with was, “I spoke with our attorney and they said with everything going on they can’t help.” I asked for clarification on ,”what everything going on,” meant and she was not able to provide further information. It was a disappointing call to say the least, and for them not to provide specifics on why they couldn’t help us, so I could at least take the information and utilize it towards the next firm we contact, she just said, “sorry we can’t help…” having worked as a prior intake specialist and case manager at a mass tort litigation firm, I was highly disappointed with the explanation and handling of the call. We never treated our prospective clients at the firm I worked for that way; and were always able to provide them with concise explanations as to why we were not able to retain them as a client or take on their case. Which was useful for them to have moving forward should they choose to contact another firm. We never left them hanging, so to speak. Unless you want to waste time, don’t bother with contacting this particular firm. In response to Owner's Reply: There was zero discussion on the fact that Social Security has very strict rules to meet in order to be approved during our consultation. She has a medically diagnosed intellectual disability and seizure disorder, and was also previously receiving SSDI benefits prior to this claim that were terminated due to her previous caregiver's neglect in paperwork requested. I have taken over her care, and I had a lot more information that I was able to respond with during our call, and we are currently in process of doing the foot work to get her additional recent medical documentation of her medical conditions. Having contacted another firm, you never asked for a copy of her denial letter, denial reasoning, or asked any other pertinent questions. My review very accurately portrayed the conversation that we had, and unfortunately your response is seriously lacking in what actually happened during the call. Had you stated, we need more medical documentation, we need XYZ from you, you can try this, etc. this review would have gone much differently. The way that we were dismissed with any lack of actual explanation of other then ummm, we can't help, was exactly what took place. At the firm I worked with, we were able to provide concise explanations to our prospective clients as to what we needed documentation wise, if we were not able to obtain requested records ourselves, we told clients how to go about getting documentation, we offered explanations as to if they did not have target product that was surgically placed and that there was no active litigation for non-target products, and also provided referrals. We always had SOMETHING that we could tell them. This was not the experience that we had with your firm. I hope that you can take this feedback and come up with some better means of communication to your prospective client's as to why you cannot take their cases.

This Law Firm is so personal they handled my case in a timely manner compared to other I have talked to applying for SSI they answered all my questions they got back to me quickly when they were out of the office I would highly recommend this firm Thank You.👍
