Thank you Mr. Ogata....Wow! I had an extremely favorable outcome for my case. You did an amazing job negotiating with the DA.

It's been 2 years since I've closed my case with Mr. Ogata. I still get the chills thinking about the hell I went through and all the uncertainty I had regarding the outcome of what my case was going to be at the time. The day I went to get sentenced, even the judge himself made a comment saying, "Your attorney Mr. Ogata did an outstanding job getting you this deal for the severity of your case" .... Even though, days prior to my sentencing hearing, Ogata wanted me to pay off my entire bill prior to my final hearing. I said hold on a second, I signed an agreement to pay monthly payments, in which I was paying religiously and had not defaulted once in the 5 months I had been with him. We ended up getting into a very intense argument, where he started screaming at me and I yelled back at him saying how incorrect he was for doing this to me. I completely understand where he was coming from though, I know 9 times out of 10 people wont pay anything after his services are completed.... after I finished my sentence, I had 3 or 4 months left of $500 payments. He was harassing me every single week, yelling at me and saying all types of things to get me to finish my payments. If I had the money, I would have paid him off. But I'm just a student working as a cashier so those monthly payments were all I could afford. In the end, i only paid him 2 months of the 3 or 4 I owed. And I think I had left with an outstanding bill of $500 or $1000 because he gave me a nightmare and was down right being rude to me about my payments when I had been holding my end of the bargain..... all in all, when you hire Mr. Ogata as your attorney, rest assured that the job will get done. Hes an old dog in Las Vegas, hes very respected in this city, and the man will fight to get you the absolute best deal money can buy. Just make sure you pay the man off prior to your final hearing, he will give you hell if you dont! And I guess he has good reason too, hes a damn good attorney!!

Garrett Ogata is impeccable. I was falsely arrested for a DUI charge back in 2015 after I took a wrong turn and ended up in a small town outside of Las Vegas. The arresting officer filed a report which was from top to bottom nothing but vile, discusting lies. We went to trial where Mr. Ogata took on a career prosecutor and smoked him in a dazzling display of court room prowess. I recieved an acquittal and was exonerated of any charge. Recently I rear ended a car in a chaotic traffic mess while trying to evade a car about to rear end me. I made the mistake of having a coffee and Bailey's with dinner ten minutes from home. I weigh 150lbs and that put me over the limit, apparently. There was an injury claim and I was looking at a possible felony. Very scary!!! Garrett fought hard and kept that from happening. My insurance covered everything and I have to have an interlock device installed in my car for a year which is an accident waiting to happen in of itself according to a retired HP Lieutenant I know and boy is he right. Don't drink and drive, period. You can't put a price on freedom as I have learned the hard way. Many thanks to Garrett and his staff.

Garrett and staff was professional and delivered a great deal for me. Stayed after hours to hear my case and started building a defense.
