Garrett is super cool. He is crafty that’s what you need from a lawyer and he will take it to trail or at least let the DA know he is willing to. Worth every penny even gave me a military discount plus his office staff keeps you very well informed overall 5 stars

I highly recommend Garrett Ogata's services. I was looking at a $2k fine due to an issue with my insurance records, Garrett took all of my documentation and got the entire citation dismissed. I am very grateful and so glad that he and his team were there to help me.

I have had the worst experience working with this office. In 2014, he withdrew from my case but did not make sure to have my charges reduced as it stated in my order and as a condition of my probation being completed. I have lost jobs, ended up homeless and my earning potential has be affected and for 8 almost 9 years he has refused to do what he was originally paid for. Instead, he asked for more money for my case to be sealed. But he won’t do what he was originally paid to do. How do you get cases dismissed for more serious charges but you couldn’t handle my bogus case? Clark County ruined my life and this attorney gave them every key to continue to do it. Makes the rest of these reviews seem fake. I’m going to the Bar Association next.

I left all of my information with the receptionist. She said I would get a call back after he finished his court cases for the day. That was over a month ago, and I still haven't received a response. I work in customer service, so I know what it is to follow up with a customer. It was very disappointing.
