I decided to get them in again for my 2nd case payed full for there services and was expecting something fast due to my ex agreeing with everything I understand that I'm not the only case that they are handling but I literally waited almost a year with no resultsso i asked for a refund and still to this point now I'm waiting 3 months for my refund very unprofessional will not be coming back

Worst law officer I hired them jan 12 they waited April 4th to tell me they can’t represent for traffick citation.

I got into a family issue, at the beginning they were like 4.5 only because every time I used to call them, the attorney would be occupied which is reasonable, but then I would leave a message for him to call me, and again, and again and then another one, this time it was marked as urgent and sometimes I wouldn’t get a call back, maybe a 4/5 now that I am typing it out, but then I don’t know what happened with the firm and my attorney that He was no longer with the firm, then they hired another one and he was suddenly taking care of my case without previous notice, there was once a meeting that suddenly this mc affee looking dude starts litigating for me, on a T-shirt with sunglasses, not gonna lie, he was looking cool but mildly inappropriate, regardless how he was looking, he was a freaking pitbull, I liked him but then again, suddenly one day I got a letter on the mail, I open the letter, “Mr. Castro this is a withdrawal from the case…” something around “We are no longer going to represent you, we are withdrawing ourselves out of the situation because we no longer have a family attorney” taking into account that the litigation still continues to this day, the thing that I feel most disappointed of is that at the beginning I felt protected when They made me feel comfortable after saying “we are not going to leave you alone” and then the calls were missing, the turbulence was not normal to me, like this is my first litigation, but in my mind this shouldn’t happen when you hire someone to do something. I could easily imagine that this was a coincidence and the attorney that was with them for years quit because he got a better offer elsewhere and He was the only one, and someone can say, “and why does the head of the firm doesn’t just hire more family attorneys?” I guess it wasn’t that needed, they were not that bad, but in my specific situation I felt abandoned. At the end I had to call them 3 times so that the girl who answers the phones tells me the reason why I don’t have an attorney anymore and that same day I asked: “but we still have an open contract, how are We going to solve that?” And She said she was going to call me back… I haven’t heard anything but they sent me a text message with some attorney contacts so I can get myself another attorney… I guess that’s bittersweet.
