Found this lawyers office met with attorney Juan Scalfani. He mentioned his assistant Mirian will return my call by the end of the day and she has returned every call by the end of the day which I think it’s amazing. There is no other office that I have gone and have had such an amazing experience. Attorney Juan Scalfani and his assistants have done an amazing job with my wife’s case that I recommend everyone to come to this office.

I am giving 1 star because of course Google won't let me give 0 stars. My husband was in an accident. The law office of eric palacios is literally the worst we have ever experienced. The lack of communication was 0 to none. Trying to get a hold of the attorney in charge of your case was very very hard. You can call, email and/or text and you wouldnt here nothing back. His case lasted about 2 and half years and in those 2 and half years we got a call from them 2 times. The first call was to finally give us the status of his case and the second was to inform us that it is a lost on all ends and there is nothing further they can do. If the communication was better, then ok maybe we wouldnt be as upset but it truly made us feel like we were not important and we didn't matter. They need to work on their customer service skill because they currently don't have any. We will never be going back and I would recommend you do your research before hiring eric palacios law office.
