We have had the pleasure of working with Joe Riccio and his staff recently for our son's divorce. He was 21 when he got married, and was married in CA, where his ex still resides. We weren't sure if two states being involved would be tricky. Joe knew exactly what needed to happen, and when, to benefit our son, and our case. His expertise was very apparent in our consultation. The whole staff was incredible. Each person that had a hand in this, was extremely professional, empathetic, and always answered our questions in a timely fashion! There was also tons of communication, which can be lacking with some firms. The process went very smooth, and was resolved much quicker than anyone expected, given the circumstances. I rented an expensive apartment in Summerlin. I complained about the dishwasher to management for several years. They would not install a functional dishwasher for me. Marathon Law isn't fair to everyone. I was rear ended by 2 cars. There were 4 in the accident. They all got paid 10,000 or more, they paid me 1700. That's not enough. They work for the little circle of offices they send you to. I don't feel they treated me well. I didn't agree and don't agree with their practices. Do not chose Marathon Law for you injury needs.
