Mr. Augustin & his staff at C & S are super client-friendly, personable & courteous. Clients are updated regularly regarding the status of their case; client phone calls are returned in a timely manner; legal procedure is explained in simple terms. Claggett & Sykes Law Firm is absolutely a respectable, respectful and reliable business. The team of attorneys and supporting staff help take so much pressure off of what can be a very stressful situation. They communicate well, handle details and appointments and questions in a way that it never feels like an imposition. I believe that they try to make their clients feel like they are priority. Mr. Askeroth and his team were wonderful. He always kept me up to date with what was happening during my case, and what to expect any time we discussed preparing for trial. I appreciate that he was considerate of my time and understood I couldn’t always miss work, so if our meeting was something we could handle over the phone we did. He and the front office staff were all very friendly, easy to talk to, and responsive anytime I had questions or concerns.
