Brian was a big help and so was his team. As a young kid dealing with lawyers and legal things they made it super easy for me to understand and never kept me in the dark. I got updates all the time and they answered every question I had. Brian and his team are like family!

Christian and the entire staff at Claggett & Sykes were wonderful during my case. They are so kind and caring and kept in touch with me through the entire process. They kept me updated and made appointments for me and answered all my questions. It was such a pleasure working with everyone! I can’t say enough good things about all of them.

Absolutely NO Bedside Manner exists within this company. I did not feel valued nor did I feel like this firm actually worked "for me"! Continuous back and forth battles just to get questions answered, and when I asked for clarification. Mark Willoughby's personality can be more than condescending at times, he spoke to me as if I had no intelligence whatsoever, and had never been involved in a settlement case before. He was rude, constantly interrupting me when I had inquiries and at one point even told me what he wasn't going to explain to me, yet I HIRED YOU! So in closing, yeah they got the providers to basically write off everything. I get the policy limits were low however, yet he sent me to the most expensive providers, some that even tried to overcharge me to get a bigger cut of the settlement and when I brought it to his attention, he seemed to get upset at me because I stayed on top of my visits dates and fees. I guess he didn't want me keeping my own records, or didn't find me intelligent enough to know to do so. All in all NO, I would not recommend this firm unless it's your only option. $16,000 from a 50,000 settlement with bare minimum service, because you have 6 different individuals giving me limited service and once a month text. I suggest any needing legal representation to research heavily and choose more wisely than I did. Honestly, I went with this company because my maiden name is Sykes. I took it as a sign from the Universe, but really in fact, it was..just a coincidence. Finally to throw salt on an open wound, they show their appreciation to me as a client, by giving me a $20 Target Gift Card that doesn't work! Thanks a Bunch Mark, I will NEVER recommend Clagget & Sykes, and it's all because of you tough guy! p.s Maybe..Check your attitude and curb your sailors mouth when speaking with your clientele!

mark and his team made this entire lawsuit about as seamless as it can get. they always made sure to check in on me and make sure all was well! i couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist me in my first car accident/injury case!
