I feel like I have lack of communication with this place. If I could leave zero stars I would. Leaving 1 star review is too much for them. I think they need training within their staff for basic human kindness.

The team at GGRM was great from Day 1, all the way to the last day a 1 1/2 years later. Staff is always professional, kept me in the loop, and was in contact when needed. They are the team to have on your side. They went above and beyond to protect me, and look out for my best interest. Ethan and Ms Rebecca both went through this almost three years of frustration, anger, sadness, healing and strength with me. There were many days I wanted to give in and give up but Ms Rebecca offered kind words and encouragement. Ethan always made himself available to thoroughly explain any questions I had.
