Zero communication. We are two years into our case. No one has told us why the case is held up, what their strategy is, why all of our hearings have been delayed, or anything about our case. It took 5 phone calls just to get them to change our address with the court, the court kept sending notices to an address we hadn’t lived at for over a year. The paralegal could not seem to understand that changing our address in their internal computer system does not equate to a notice of address change with the court. They repeatedly ask for information and documents we’ve already sent them. We are currently waiting for a call from the lawyer for our 1030 appointment and it’s 1053 now with no call or even a text to say they’re running late. So it seems they’ve forgotten us yet again. Not surprised. We’ve only heard from the attorney once, that was Jan 2023. Our case began in 2021 and it’s now Dec 2023, still awaiting a phone call from the lawyer that it seems we won’t be getting since they are 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. If you like being completely in the dark, no one communicating, not knowing if anyone has even looked at your case, waiting for phone calls that won’t come, being asked repeatedly for information you’ve already provided, and having a general feeling that no one is helping you or doing anything at all, this law firm is for you. If you enjoy prompt communication from component attorneys who are visibly working hard to get you what you deserve, DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. Absolutely negligent, incompetent and horrific experience. The worst decision I think we’ve ever made. As a prior paralegal and legal analyst in Nevada civil law, I can’t imagine treating a client this way. I would fully expect to be fired and held accountable with the courts themselves. Dear GGRM, bad paralegals and not upholding the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct will get you disbarred eventually. Fix it, or you will eventually suffer the consequences that are likely imminent based on your exceptionally poor performance and negligence.

GGRM has taken care of law enforcement for many years now, but this time it was a personal matter. I received emergency deployment orders and was still in the process of my Workman’s Comp Claim. My employments insurance was not making it easy, but with the possible fear of not returning home from deployment, I wanted to ensure that all my ducks were in a row. GGRM did everything in their power to ensure that I would receive my payment accordingly, quickly, and without any “games”. They were not your ordinary robotic law firm, but instead cared for their customers and helped them to the fullest extent, no matter the stress that was placed on them.
