This was my first workers comp injury, and the process can be extremely confusing and difficult if you have not experienced it before. GGRM went above and beyond all expectations. Everyone was helpful and patient and explained clearly when I had questions. Erik, Josy and Maria all worked directly with me and were always there every step of the way.
