I have taken two classes from Kandas Myer about Agency Representation & 1031 Exchanges. The first class was very informative; the second class was a refresher for me, emphasizing how much I had actually forgotten the past couple of years! The class is a must for any real estate agent working in today's world. Kandas is well organized and is willing to answer every last question asked. The slides she provided after the class was completed are a very big help as well!
