This firm takes 1 step forward and 3 steps back. I've had to call them multiple times for WEEKS to get a callback. EVERY time i've called for a status update, this or that person is unavailable. Their staffing issues or vacation schedule should not impact clients. I don't care the size of my settlement - I deserve to be treated like a priority, and I don't feel like one.

Eric and his team helped us after we were rear ended in 2012. I was 8 months pregnant and my husband got severely injured. He couldn't even hold our daughter for the first year of her life.
