I`ve been in Vegas couple of days ago - everything was great, as it always is. However on our way back, we got hit by a truck and my car was completely damaged. The problem was that we have really nervous and we had no idea what to do. Luckily my friend found the number of this accident lawyer. He ran us through the whole process and everything turned out OK in the end. I highly recommend him to anyone who`s in trouble.

Attorney Eric Blank agreed to recover funds owed to me by a real estate broker, John Bostedt. Blank neither prepared nor did I sign any written representation agreement which is a must according to rules of professional conduct by attorneys. That was the first blank. The amount that was owed to me by Bostedt was $11,723.75 and later on we got the judgement for that amount plus some costs. On many occasions throughout this particular case and most especially during arbitration hearings, I repeatedly advised Blank on Nevada Revised Statutes related to real estate practices and transactions. Yet, Attorney Blank initially stated he was a "specialist" in this particular field. When I started receiving invoices, I initially paid. In fact, over time I paid his firm well over $10,000 dollars for this case and a couple of other cases. Towards the end just before the arbitrator decided in my favor, I started to receive what may best be described as an attempt at fiction writing: more invoices. If anything should have been blank, it should have been those invoices. So, how much money does Attorney Blank want? $1,200? No. $2,500? No. Attorney Blank wanted $13,706.29 and sued me for it! In other words, Attorney Blank wanted $13,706.29 plus the over $10,000 already paid on a case with a recover of $11,723.75. Blank continues to harass me over the last five (5) years while he manipulates the legal system to his advantage. The Great Recession is no excuse to charge for inferior services.
