I've had Eric as an attorney since 2007. He took his time explaining the process and what I should expect. I was previously working with the heavy hitter and was realizing I was doing the running around instead of them. I wanted to learn and understand my case. When Eric took over I realized that I was almost over my two years when I could have lost the right to pursue any claim. I was referred to him by a close friend. Most of what he did, he made it easy for me to get treatment and follow up on my case even while I was located out of town. He was my go to for anything Legal. If he couldn't do it, which was rare, he would refer me out to someone that could take care of me. Based on Eric's hard work, I was very grateful to have been awarded $1.5 million. With that, my life became a little more manageable and I was able to somehow pick up where I left off. In Nov. of 2012 I was involved in another accident as a passenger. I immediately called Eric to find out what to do. He's like family, he really cares and was concerned for my health and well being. I never expected anything from this last case. I had some injuries and minor complaints and thanks to Eric and his wonderful staff, I was able to get something. I am so grateful for him and his staff. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication. Even though they have many other clients they treat you as if you are a priority. Take that to the BANK!

Lazy, predatory theif. I was injured on the job, and was unable to walk for the months of December and January. Don't get an attorney, unless you absolutely need one. If you absolutely need one, don't hire Eric Blank. After he garnished my check, having provided no service or representation of any kind, I asked if he intended to make my case and he had the audacity to reply, "...you take care of me on this one, and I'll get you on the next one." Unscrupulous crook.
