During the pandemic I got a traffic ticket. I made some calls to a few law firms to take care of it and they were all wishy washy due to the pandemic and none of them had any sort of ability to me to have confidence in their ability to get my ticket taken care of. In fact, my concern was they were going to do the opposite and it would end up being a warrant. That all changed when I called Eric's office. From the first minute they explained to me that the justice court was closed, they explained we would need to extend due to that and made me feel comfortable that my ticket wasn't going to fall thru the cracks. Today they got my ticket reduced to a parking citation w/no traffic school. The best part about their operation is that they have this great texting service. They provide updates via text and if you have a question you text them. If you are looking for an attorney to handle your traffic/PI cases, I couldnt think of anyone better. Side note, a huge shout out to Grace, she did an amazing job!
